This service is operated by Creator Mastery Media LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
For European users, Creator Mastery Media LLC acts as the data controller within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
a. Identity data — the name and email address you submit at the end of the Creator Revenue Score quiz, so we can deliver your report.
b. Diagnostic data — your quiz answers and the computed score, tier, and pillar breakdown derived from them.
c. Technical data — IP address, user agent, referrer, and aggregate page views collected by our analytics tooling.
d. Cookie data — your consent choice for non-essential cookies, stored in your browser's local storage.
Consent — for non-essential cookies and trackers (Google Analytics, ShareThis), and for receiving optional follow-up emails about your report.
Performance of a contract — to compute and deliver your Creator Revenue Score report after you complete the quiz.
Legitimate interest — to improve the diagnostic, secure the service, and prevent abuse, balanced against your rights and freedoms.
We rely on a short list of subprocessors to operate the service. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement.
Our servers and several subprocessors are located in the United States. When we transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where applicable, supplementary technical measures such as transport-layer encryption.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@creators-os.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — for Italian residents, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
You have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate data, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

The service is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Administrator credentials are stored as salted hashes. Database access is restricted to authorised personnel and audited. No system is perfectly secure — if you suspect a breach, contact us immediately.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The date at the top of this page indicates the last revision. Material changes will be announced on the homepage prior to taking effect.
