These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Creator Mastery Media LLC, the operator of Creators OS and the Creator Revenue Score (the "service"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Creators OS is a diagnostic tool for content creators. The Creator Revenue Score quiz scores your business across five pillars and returns a tier with personalised observations. The service is currently in beta and is offered free of charge. Features, scoring, and availability may change without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
The current version of the service does not require account creation. Administrative access to the back office is reserved to authorised personnel of Creator Mastery Media LLC. If, in the future, we introduce user accounts, additional terms will be presented at signup.

The Creator Revenue Score, the tiers, and any insights or recommendations produced by the service are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, business, accounting, investment, or professional advice.
Decisions about your business are yours alone. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on any output of the service. We make no warranty or representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or future financial results of any recommendation. Past performance, of either you or others using the service, is not indicative of future results.
The service, including its source code, design system, copy, scoring methodology, illustrations, and trademarks (collectively the "materials"), is owned by Creator Mastery Media LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the service does not transfer to you any right, title, or interest in the materials, except for the limited right to view and interact with them as enabled by the user interface.
By submitting answers to the quiz, you grant Creator Mastery Media LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use those answers in aggregated and anonymised form to operate, analyse, and improve the service. We do not sell your individual answers and we do not publish them in identifiable form. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
The service is currently in beta. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any feature at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Creator Mastery Media LLC, its officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD 100). The service is currently provided free of charge.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including, for EU consumers, mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country of residence.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Creator Mastery Media LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these terms, your violation of applicable law, or your misuse of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to the service or these terms shall be the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also retain the protection of any mandatory rules of the country in which you reside, including the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or applicable law. The date at the top of this page indicates the last revision. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
